Questions buyers ask
Do the products come with Cisco or Juniper licences?
Hardware is quoted with the mandatory base licences. Optional subscriptions such as Cisco DNA Advantage, Meraki Enterprise or Juniper support contracts are itemised separately so you can choose the term.
Can you supply SFP modules and cables?
Yes. Optics, DAC cables, stacking kits and spare power supplies can be added to the same quotation.
Is the equipment new and genuine?
All items are new, factory-sealed and sourced from the vendor channel through our licensed partners, with serial numbers registered to the end customer.
