Export compliance

What happens before we confirm an order for data-centre GPUs, high-end graphics cards and other controlled items.

InTechnologies FZCO is a trading company licensed in Dubai Airport Freezone. Servers, networking equipment and NVIDIA data-centre products are procured through licensed distributors and partners, so every unit carries the manufacturer warranty and is eligible for support and firmware updates.

Data-centre GPUs and some workstation cards are controlled under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (ECCN 3A090 and 4A090). Before an order is confirmed we verify the end user and the end use, collect an End-User Statement and screen all parties against U.S., EU and UN restricted-party lists. Where a licence is required, our partner manages the application and we keep you informed on timing and the available options at every stage.

We do not ship controlled items to embargoed destinations or to parties on restricted lists, and we do not quote them to unverified buyers.
