Privacy notice

This notice explains how InTechnologies FZCO (Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai, UAE) processes personal data of visitors and business contacts who use intechnologies.co, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect. When you send a quote request or a message we receive the details you type: name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, destination country and the products you selected. The quote basket is stored only in your browser.

Why and on what basis. We use these details solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and perform the resulting contract. We do not use them for marketing without your separate consent and we do not sell them.

Where it goes. Form submissions reach us as messages through Telegram and may be answered through WhatsApp or email, so your details are processed by those providers, including outside the UAE. For controlled hardware we may share end-user details with our licensed partner and screening providers as export regulations require.

How long and your rights. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to answer and, where a sale follows, for the retention periods required by UAE commercial and tax law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the email address in the footer. This website does not use advertising cookies.
