This Samsung module is a 64 GB DDR4-3200 registered ECC DIMM (PC4-25600, speed grade 3200AA, CL22) in a dual-rank x4 organisation built on 16 Gb DRAM, running at 1.2 V in the 288-pin form factor. The part-number families are M393A8G40AB2-CWE and M393A8G40BB4-CWE. DDR4-3200 is the native speed of Ice Lake-SP and of EPYC Rome and Milan, so eight of these modules fill the channels of one socket with 512 GB at one DIMM per channel, and sixteen give a two-socket server 1 TB. The module also runs at 2933 MT/s in Cascade Lake servers and at 2666 MT/s in Skylake-based ones, which makes it a safe choice for mixed fleets.

Pulled 64 GB DDR4-3200 modules come mainly from cloud and enterprise Ice Lake and Milan nodes being refreshed to DDR5 platforms, and they are bought by hosting providers who need high memory density for virtualisation, by integrators building EPYC servers, by universities and laboratories, and by resellers in the CIS, Africa and South Asia. Each module is given a full-pass memory test and an SPD read, lots are sorted by manufacturer, part number and speed grade, and buyers who need to extend an existing configuration should quote the installed part number so the lot can be matched by rank and organisation. Modules are sold per lot and carry a partner limited warranty of typically 90 days to 12 months stated in the quotation.

The contract, invoice and partner warranty for second-hand memory come from InTechnologies' licensed partners. InTechnologies coordinates sourcing from decommissioning programmes and verified brokers, consolidates modules in Dubai Airport Freezone and arranges DDP or DDU delivery.
