Dell PowerEdge R750 Refurbished 2U Server

The Dell PowerEdge R750 is the 15th-generation 2U two-socket platform based on third-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Ice Lake-SP) with up to 40 cores per socket, such as Xeon Gold 6338, Gold 6342 or Silver 4314. It moves to PCIe Gen4 and 32 DDR4-3200 DIMM slots, with up to 2 TB of RDIMM or 8 TB of LRDIMM memory and support for Intel Optane PMem 200 modules. Storage layouts include up to 24 front 2.5-inch bays that can all be NVMe, a 16-bay variant, or 12 front 3.5-inch bays, with optional rear and mid-chassis bays. Refurbished units usually arrive with a PERC H755 or H755N controller, an OCP 3.0 network adapter with 10 or 25 GbE ports and redundant 800 W, 1100 W or 1400 W power supplies, with 2400 W units for GPU configurations. The exact configuration is built to order from tested parts.

Off-lease R750 servers appeal to hosting and colocation providers refreshing virtualisation hosts, system integrators building budget all-NVMe storage, universities and research groups, and resellers in the CIS, Africa and South Asia. Because the generation is recent, units typically come from short lease cycles and show little cosmetic wear.
