How we supply this item
Supplied through licensed partners. Server, networking and data-centre hardware is supplied through licensed partners of InTechnologies FZCO. The partner issues the contract and invoice; we handle sourcing, consolidation in Dubai and delivery coordination. Export compliance
The Samsung PM1743 is a PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe enterprise SSD, and the 7.68 TB version is offered as a 2.5-inch 15 mm drive (MZWLO7T6HBLA-00A07) and as an E3.S module (MZ3LO7T6HBLT-00A07). Built on Samsung TLC V-NAND with an in-house Gen5 controller, it is rated for 14,000 MB/s sequential read, 6,000 MB/s sequential write, 2,500K random read IOPS and 300K random write IOPS at 1 DWPD endurance. Dual-port operation supports failover configurations in storage arrays.
PM1743 was the first PCIe 5.0 enterprise SSD qualified in volume by server OEMs, and it remains the Samsung Gen5 drive in Dell PowerEdge 16G, HPE ProLiant Gen11 and Lenovo ThinkSystem V3 catalogues; Samsung has since introduced the PM1753 for new designs. Buyers of PM1743 are typically storage integrators and enterprises building all-flash arrays, AI data-loading tiers and high-throughput database hosts on 4th and 5th Gen Xeon Scalable or EPYC 9004/9005 platforms with Gen5 backplanes. The drive runs at PCIe 4.0 speeds in older bays, so it can be installed ahead of a platform refresh. E3.S is the form factor to choose for new high-density chassis, while 2.5-inch suits existing U.2/U.3 bays.
InTechnologies FZCO supplies PM1743 drives through licensed partners that hold the contract and issue the invoice. Our role covers sourcing from authorised distribution and verified channel stock, consolidation in Dubai Airport Freezone and DDP or DDU delivery, with end-user details recorded for each shipment.

Questions buyers ask
Should we order 2.5-inch or E3.S?
Match the backplane. The 2.5-inch 15 mm version fits U.2/U.3 bays in current servers; E3.S is for EDSFF chassis and gives better airflow at higher density.
Does the drive work in a PCIe 4.0 server?
Yes, it negotiates PCIe 4.0 and performs at Gen4 speeds; full performance requires a Gen5 backplane and CPU lanes.
What warranty applies?
Warranty is tied to the rated 1 DWPD endurance and the term Samsung sets for OEM enterprise drives; our licensed partner confirms the exact term and RMA route on the quotation.
What is the lead time?
PM1743 is allocated through OEM and distribution channels; typical lead time is three to five weeks for tens of drives, longer for hundreds.
