The Samsung 990 PRO 4 TB (MZ-V9P4T0BW) is a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe 2.0 client SSD in the M.2 2280 form factor, built on Samsung TLC V-NAND with the Pascal controller and 4 GB of LPDDR4 cache. It is rated at 7,450 MB/s sequential read, 6,900 MB/s sequential write, 1,400K random read IOPS and 1,550K random write IOPS, with 2,400 TB written endurance and a five-year limited warranty. A version with an integrated heatsink (MZ-V9P4T0CW) is sold for PlayStation 5 and small-form-factor builds.
