The M5 iPad Pro keeps the thin aluminium body of the M4 generation, with the same 444 g (11″) and 579 g (13″) Wi-Fi weights, and changes what is inside. The M5 chip has a 9-core CPU and 10-core GPU in the 256 GB and 512 GB models, and those models now get 12 GB of unified memory instead of 8 GB. Wireless moves to Wi-Fi 7 through Apple's own N1 chip, and Cellular models use 5G. The Ultra Retina XDR tandem OLED panel runs from 10 to 120 Hz at 2420 × 1668 (11″) or 2752 × 2064 (13″), with a 12 MP rear camera and a 12 MP landscape Center Stage front camera.
