The Saros 20 is a 2026 model in the Roborock Saros line. It is rated at 36,000 Pa of suction and can climb double thresholds of up to 4.5 + 4.3 cm, so it moves between rooms with raised door sills. The dock washes the mops with water heated to up to 100 °C. The robot measures 353 × 350 × 79.8 mm and weighs 5.05 kg, and it connects over Wi-Fi to the Roborock app with Matter support.
Two configurations are sold: a standard dock with clean and dirty water tanks, and a dock with the Refill and Drainage System for permanent plumbing. The region matters more than with most appliances. The China version is tied to the Chinese app server and has a Chinese plug, so for most export markets we supply the global version. Why should I avoid the China version?
The China version connects only to the Chinese app server and has a Chinese plug. Outside China the global version is the practical choice, and that is what we quote unless you ask otherwise.
Do I need plumbing for the Refill and Drainage dock?
Yes, that dock connects to a water inlet and drain. The standard dock uses removable tanks and needs no installation.
