Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop

The S8 MaxV Ultra is the 2024 flagship of the Roborock S8 series. Its 10,000 Pa suction, measured under IEC 62885-2 conditions, works with the DuoRoller Riser Brush, twin rubber rollers that lift on carpet, while the VibraRise 3.0 sonic mop scrubs at 4,000 strokes per minute and rises 20 mm when carpet is detected. The FlexiArm Design side brush and mop extend to clean along edges and into corners. ReactiveAI 2.0 combines 3D structured light with an RGB camera to recognise 73 object types, and the robot answers to the offline voice assistant Hello Rocky. A 5,200 mAh battery gives up to 180 minutes of runtime. The RockDock Ultra washes the mop with water heated to 60 °C, dries it with warm air, refills the water tank, doses detergent from a 580 ml reservoir, empties the 270 ml dustbin into a bag for up to seven weeks and cleans its own wash tray.

The dock is mains powered and the sets ship in regional versions with the appropriate plug and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi certification, so the destination market must be specified; a Refill and Drainage System edition that plumbs the dock directly into the water supply is also available for installations.
