How we supply this item
Supplied through licensed partners. Server, networking and data-centre hardware is supplied through licensed partners of InTechnologies FZCO. The partner issues the contract and invoice; we handle sourcing, consolidation in Dubai and delivery coordination. Export compliance
The Samsung M321RAJA0MB0-CWM is a 128 GB DDR5-5600 ECC registered DIMM built on Samsung 32 Gb DDR5 DRAM in a dual-rank x4 configuration. Earlier 128 GB DDR5 modules relied on 3DS-stacked quad-rank packages and were limited to 4800 MT/s; the 32 Gb die generation lets Samsung reach the same capacity as a plain 2Rx4 module at 5600 MT/s, with CL46 timing at 1.1 V and lower electrical loading on the channel.
This is the module for in-memory databases, large virtualisation hosts and AI inference servers where memory per socket matters more than module count. Twelve modules give an EPYC 9005 socket 1.5 TB; eight give a 5th Gen Xeon Scalable socket 1 TB at one DIMM per channel. Enterprises migrating from DDR4 platforms with 128 GB LRDIMMs will find that DDR5 drops the load-reducing buffer entirely, so the 128 GB RDIMM is the direct successor. Note that 32 Gb-based modules need recent BIOS releases, that Samsung also ships OEM-suffixed versions (CWMCJ, CWMHY), and that a server should be populated with identical capacity and die type across all channels to stay within the OEM qualified list.
High-capacity server DRAM is supplied via InTechnologies' licensed partners, who issue the contract and invoice. InTechnologies sources from authorised distribution and verified channel stock, consolidates the shipment in Dubai Airport Freezone and delivers DDP or DDU, with end-user details recorded for each order.

Questions buyers ask
Is this a 3DS or quad-rank module?
No. It is a standard dual-rank x4 module using 32 Gb dies, which is why it reaches 5600 MT/s. Older 128 GB 4Rx4 3DS modules such as M321RAGA0B20-CWK are rated at 4800 MT/s.
Does the server need a BIOS update?
Often yes. 32 Gb DRAM support arrived in server firmware during 2024; we confirm the minimum BIOS version with the OEM for your platform before shipping.
What is the lead time for several hundred modules?
High-capacity parts are allocated more tightly than 64 GB modules. Small quantities ship from distribution in one to three weeks; larger projects are scheduled with Samsung and confirmed on the quotation.
Can we mix 128 GB and 64 GB modules?
Only in separate channels, and only where the OEM qualifies that mix. We recommend uniform population across the socket.
