How we supply this item
Supplied through licensed partners. Server, networking and data-centre hardware is supplied through licensed partners of InTechnologies FZCO. The partner issues the contract and invoice; we handle sourcing, consolidation in Dubai and delivery coordination. Export compliance
Kingston Server Premier KSM56R46BD4-64MD is a 64 GB DDR5-5600 ECC registered DIMM, dual-rank x4, rated CL46 at 1.1 V. Kingston builds Server Premier modules to JEDEC specification with a fixed bill of materials: the -64MD version uses Micron D-die DRAM and the sibling -64HA uses SK hynix A-die, and the part number does not change silently once published. Each module carries on-die ECC, side-band ECC, an on-module PMIC and a registering clock driver.
System builders and white-box integrators favour Server Premier because Kingston validates the modules on Intel and AMD reference platforms and on Supermicro, ASUS, Gigabyte and ASRock Rack boards, and backs them with a limited lifetime warranty and free technical support. For integrators shipping into the Gulf and Africa, the fixed BOM simplifies repeat orders and spare provisioning. The module runs at 5600 MT/s on 5th Gen Xeon Scalable and at 4800 MT/s on 4th Gen Xeon and EPYC 9004 platforms. Kingston also offers the same module with a PMI suffix for specific OEM thermal-sensor requirements, so the exact part number should be matched to the motherboard vendor list.
InTechnologies FZCO supplies Kingston server memory to B2B customers via licensed partners that handle the contract and invoicing. We take care of sourcing from Kingston authorised distribution and verified channel inventory, consolidation at Dubai Airport Freezone and DDP or DDU shipping.

Questions buyers ask
What is the difference between KSM56R46BD4-64MD and -64HA?
The DRAM vendor: MD is Micron D-die, HA is SK hynix A-die. Both are 64 GB 2Rx4 DDR5-5600 CL46 modules with identical specifications; choose one and keep it consistent within a server.
Does Kingston validate against specific motherboards?
Yes. Kingston publishes a compatibility list for Server Premier in its online configurator; we check your board or server model against it before quoting.
What warranty does Server Premier carry?
Kingston provides a limited lifetime warranty on Server Premier modules. Claims run through the licensed partner that invoiced you and Kingston's regional RMA process.
What is the typical lead time?
Kingston holds distribution stock in most regions; one to two weeks is typical for several hundred modules.
