The Snapic A1 is a full-frame 35 mm film camera from RETO, sold under Kodak licence since late 2025. It uses a 25 mm three-element glass lens at f/9.5 with two-zone manual focus (0.5–1.5 m and 1.5 m to infinity) and a 1/100 s shutter. Film loads, advances and rewinds automatically, and there is a double-exposure function and a flash with on, off and auto modes plus red-eye reduction. Two AAA batteries last about 10 rolls of 24 exposures. The camera measures 118 x 62 x 35 mm and weighs 117 g.

It sits above RETO's manual-wind models for shops that want a film compact with automatic film handling and a glass lens. Colours are Rhino Grey and Ivory White. A pouch and neck strap are included, film and batteries are not.

Units are new and boxed, consolidated in Dubai with other film cameras and film stock and shipped with a packing list per colour.

Questions buyers ask

Is it half frame like the EKTAR H35?

No. The Snapic A1 shoots standard full-frame 36 x 24 mm images, so a 36-exposure roll gives 36 photos.

What batteries does it use?

Two AAA alkaline batteries, not included. RETO rates them at about 10 rolls of 24 exposures.
