Kodak EKTAR H35N Half Frame Film Camera

The EKTAR H35N builds on the H35 with features for people who want more from a half-frame camera. Its 22 mm lens has one glass element and one aspherical acrylic element and is coated; it works at f/11, opening to f/8 with the flash on. Alongside the 1/100 s shutter there is a bulb setting for long exposures, a tripod hole, and a built-in star filter that turns small light sources into four-point flares. It still gets about twice the usual number of shots per roll, runs on one AAA battery, and measures 110 x 62 x 39 mm at 110 g.

Photo shops tend to stock it one step above the H35 for customers who already shoot film. RETO sells six finishes: Striped Black, Striped Silver and Striped Green, and the glossy Glazed Blue, Glazed Orange and Glazed Pink. Film, battery, cable release and tripod are not included.
