The Instax WIDE Evo is Fujifilm's first hybrid camera for Instax Wide film, on sale since early 2025. It has a 1/3-inch CMOS sensor and a 16 mm-equivalent f/2.4 lens with autofocus from 10 cm; a wide-angle switch on the front changes the framing, and with it on and a card fitted, images are recorded at 4608 x 3456. The user frames and reviews shots on a 3.5-inch LCD, then prints the chosen ones in about 16 seconds. A Lens Effect dial and a Film Effect dial each offer 10 effects, and there are six print styles. It also prints from a phone over Bluetooth 5.1. The built-in battery gives about 100 prints per charge over USB-C. It measures 138.7 x 125 x 62.8 mm and weighs about 490 g.
The WIDE Evo is the premium Instax model and sells through camera specialists, electronics chains and online stores, often bundled with Wide film. Fujifilm makes it in one colour, Black, a charcoal grey body with black accents. Images can be stored in about 45-shot internal memory or on a microSD card.
