Fujifilm Instax Square SQ40 Instant Camera

The Instax Square SQ40 is Fujifilm's analogue camera for Instax Square film, which produces a 62 × 62 mm image on an 86 × 72 mm sheet. The camera handles exposure automatically across a 1/2 to 1/400 second shutter range and fires the flash on every shot with output matched to the subject distance, so results are consistent indoors and out. Twisting the lens ring switches on Selfie Mode for close focusing down to 30 cm, with a mirror beside the lens for framing. The SQ40 is powered by two CR2 lithium cells, which last around 30 film packs, and is finished in black with a textured leather-look wrap.

Square prints suit social-media style framing, so the SQ40 is picked up by marketplace sellers, lifestyle and design stores, gift companies and wedding planners who want a format that stands out from the Mini. Instax Square film is sold separately in 10-exposure packs and twin packs, and because it is a different size from Mini and Wide film, buyers should stock it specifically for this camera. CR2 batteries are not always on the shelf in every market, so retailers often order spares with the cameras. There is no mains charging and therefore no regional plug variant.

InTechnologies FZCO supplies SQ40 cameras, Instax Square film and CR2 batteries in trade quantities from Dubai. We consolidate the order in Dubai Airport Freezone and deliver DDP or DDU to wholesalers and retail chains in the GCC, Africa, Central Asia and Europe.
