The Valve Steam Deck OLED is the current version of Valve's handheld gaming PC, running SteamOS on a 6 nm AMD APU with a four-core Zen 2 CPU and RDNA 2 graphics. The 7.4-inch HDR OLED panel has a 1280 x 800 resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits peak HDR brightness, and the device carries 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory, a 50 Wh battery, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. It is offered with 512 GB or 1 TB of NVMe storage, both with a microSD slot, and weighs approximately 640 g. As a Linux PC it also runs non-Steam launchers and can be used in desktop mode with an external display over USB-C.

Because Valve sells the Steam Deck directly only in North America, Europe, the UK, Australia and selected East Asian markets through Komodo, wholesale demand is strong from marketplace sellers and retailers in the Gulf, CIS and other regions with no official channel. Gaming lounges and PC component shops also stock it as a handheld alternative to a desktop. Units are supplied with a region-specific 45 W USB-C charger, and the 1 TB model includes a carrying case with a removable liner.
