Canon XA60B 4K Professional Camcorder with HDU-4 Handle

The XA60B is a compact professional camcorder from Canon's XA range. It records 4K UHD at 25p (PAL) from a 1/2.3-type CMOS sensor through the DIGIC DV 6 processor, in 8-bit 4:2:0 XF-AVC at 160 Mbps or MP4 at 150 Mbps, with Full HD at up to 50p. The 20x optical zoom lens covers 29.3-601 mm equivalent in 4K at f/1.8-2.8, with five-axis image stabilisation, a built-in auto gradation ND filter and Hybrid AF with face detection. A 3.5-inch 2.76-million-dot touchscreen, a 0.36-inch tilting EVF, dual SD slots for relay or simultaneous recording, an infrared shooting mode, mini HDMI output and USB-C with UVC webcam streaming are all built in. The body weighs about 740 g.

Buyers are news and event crews, schools and universities, houses of worship, AV integrators and corporate video teams who need a camcorder one person can run all day. The HDU-4 top handle adds two XLR inputs with phantom power, a tally lamp, a second zoom rocker and the IR lamp; without it, audio comes from the built-in mic or the 3.5 mm input. Canon also sells the HDU-4 as a separate accessory, so the quotation states whether the handle is included on each line. Battery BP-820, USB power adapter PD-E1 and lens hood come in the box. There is no SDI output or Wi-Fi.

Camcorders are supplied new and sealed, consolidated in Dubai with spare BP-820/BP-828 batteries and SD cards on request, and shipped with serial numbers listed per carton.
