The EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III is Canon's long-running entry telephoto zoom for the EF mount. It has 13 elements in 9 groups and a 7-blade aperture, focuses down to 1.5 m for 0.25x magnification at 300 mm, takes 58 mm filters and weighs about 480 g at roughly 71 × 122 mm. Autofocus is driven by a DC motor, and there is no image stabilisation. It covers full-frame EF bodies; on APS-C EOS DSLRs the field of view is equivalent to about 120-480 mm.
Resellers use it mainly to build twin-lens DSLR bundles and as a first telephoto for sports days, zoo visits and travel. It also mounts on EOS R cameras through Canon's EF-EOS R mount adapter, although EOS R buyers starting from scratch may prefer the RF 75-300mm F4-5.6. Canon also made an EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM with a Micro USM motor; code 6473A015 is the version without USM, so listings should not mix the two.
We ship the lens new and sealed in Canon retail packaging, consolidated in Dubai Airport Freezone and documented with serial numbers per carton.

Questions buyers ask
Will it work on Canon mirrorless cameras?
Yes, with Canon's EF-EOS R mount adapter. For EOS R buyers without EF lenses, the native RF 75-300mm F4-5.6 is the simpler option.
Is this the USM version?
No. Code 6473A015 is the EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III with a DC motor. The III USM is a separate model with a different code.
Does it have image stabilisation?
No. The lens has no optical image stabilisation.
